Rinconada Ceramics
Rinconada hand crafted ceramic animal designs are accented in platinum and 18K gold. Each figure is individually artisan carved, hand painted and kiln fired offering unique variations in detail and design. There is a distinctive look to Rinconada that may be attributed to its origin in Uruguay, but whatever the reason this is ceramic artistry exemplified.
Pipka
Pipka Created by Pipka Ulvilden in her studio in Door County Wisconsin. With Pipka’s European heritage she is particularly fond of creating Santas that celebrate ethnic origins and customs. Each Santa is done in cold cast resin and handpainted in painstaking detail. New pieces are introduced each year in limited edition from original models. Words cannot express or describe the beauty of these creations.
Benaya
Benaya---created in Canada, artist Michael Mehashy works with a guild that produces these beautiful fired porcelain tiles portraying famous works of art or Michael’s originals. Selections vary from Van Gogh’s Starry Night to Klimt’s The Kiss, available in 8x10 wall pieces with felted backs and some with self –easels for shelf display. The clear glazed finish and vivid colors take these creations out-of-the-ordinary as wall display!
